We offer a complete service, from concept design to turn-key operation, or are happy provide one or more of the following main services:
- Consultation
Our initial consultation is free of charge* and is to establish your requirements and our ability to assist you in your project. We will offer guidance and advice on design, planning and feasibility. - Feasibility
We offer full feasibility study services where we will create 3D virtual models to develop your ideas, carry out a survey of property, land and services and liase with the Local Authorities to establish a planning viewpoint (if required). - Design
There are various stages of design, starting with Concept drawings, outline Architectural drawings and layouts. At this point there is a high degree of consultation, to ensure the design is in line with your ideas. We will then move on to Detailed Architectural drawings, elevations and engineering drawings (if required). Once we have your agreement on the building design, we then specify materials and move onto detailed design of specific features and design elements. If required, we would now make a Planning Application on your behalf, along with a Building Regulations Application. - Management
We offer a full Project Management service to coincide with our design service, or as a stand-alone service. We will ensure the highest standard of workmanship on your project and that our detailed design is adhered to at all times, being on hand for advice to Client and Contractor alike. We can also offer Contractor vetting and Contractor appointment services. - Interior Design
We offer a full interior design and specification services for the completion of your project, which are carried out in a close relationship with you, to ensure we interpret your dreams correctly, leaving you with the perfect finished article. - Build
In some cases, our Client’s feel more comfortable with us overseeing the construction work for them, or for us to undertake the actual construction work on their behalf. We are happy to offer these services through our Strategic Partnership with Driedee.
