About the Sacred Space Company

We are a family run business with over 60 years experience in the building industry and design related work spanning three generations. Our expertise is in bespoke building design and specification, obtaining Planning Permission for Listed Buildings and difficult circumstances.

We are a close team of Designers and Engineers whose aim is to provide the highest quality service ensuring that you, the Client, have a stress-free path to the completion of your chosen project, secure in the knowledge that every design detail will have been carefully thought through.

On top of this you will have our total commitment to the highest standards of quality control over the actual works.

We have a proven track record in construction and construction management and have many years’ experience building for ourselves as developers, as well as for private Clients. Therefore all of our designs, whether cosmetic or structural, are based on a deep understanding of what is practical and possible from a construction viewpoint.

Our reputation for exacting standards and eye for detail is upheld by existing and previous Client’s and has lead to an award from the English Heritage at St John’s College Cambridge for outstanding work, sensitive to Preserved Architecture of significant importance.

Here at The Sacred Space Company we operate a Responsible Design policy. We are committed to minimising the impact of our designs on the environment.

We always encourage our Clients to use materials that are both environmentally friendly and from renewable sources, wherever possible and practical.
Recycle
We love our planet, it’s truly amazing and we like to do our bit!

Our industry tends to have a high paper usage, therefore we use 100% recycled paper and envelopes wherever possible and communicate our designs via electronic formats with whoever can accept them.
